If you have changed your mind about the experiences you ordered and wish to exchange them, you can do so anytime before the expiration date of your experience.
When exchanging an experience, you must pay any price difference and an additional fee of 10% of the new experience’s value, or at least €5.00 if the percentage amount is lower. If the experience you wish to exchange is cheaper than the original one, the price difference will not be refunded and cannot be used as a credit toward the fee. The new experience will have the same expiration date as the originally selected experience. Once the validity period has expired, an exchange is no longer possible.
