If a reservation is required, fill out the form with your details, such as name, surname, email, and preferred date. If no reservation is needed, visit the location during working hours. How do I get a reservation code?
You receive the reservation code with every purchase of an experience on our website. After completing the order, the code will be sent to your email address along with a gift voucher containing the reservation code and all other necessary information if you decide to give the experience as a gift.
Can I book an appointment without a reservation code?
Unfortunately, you cannot book an appointment without a reservation code. If you are in a hurry to make a reservation for today, you can use payment by card or PayPal to receive the code immediately via email and book your appointment right away.
Can I book an appointment with a value gift voucher?
You cannot book an appointment directly with the code on a value gift voucher. You must first use the value voucher to purchase the desired experience. After completing the purchase, you will receive a code to book your appointment immediately.

After completing your order, you will receive one or more vouchers representing individual experiences. With every experience order at Xsport, you receive a gift voucher in PDF format sent to your email address. The voucher contains all the key information about the purchased experience and is aesthetically designed, making it suitable for gifting electronically or printing.
What are the payment methods?
Each order can be paid via bank transfer (pre-invoice), most credit or debit cards, and the PayPal system. If you pay with credit cards or PayPal, your voucher will be sent immediately to your email address. Can I extend the value gift voucher?
Unfortunately, the value gift voucher cannot be extended. Value gift vouchers are valid for three years, during which time the holder must use the included code on the voucher to purchase an experience on the website. A voucher issued for a specific purchased experience will then be valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use the purchased experience within the validity period, you can extend the purchased experience.
Can I return a voucher and request a refund?
If the purchased voucher or experience does not suit you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
