What is the ordering process?
The ordering process is quick and easy, completed in just a few steps. You can choose from a variety of products representing experiences from our selection. After completing your order, you will receive one or more vouchers representing individual experiences. Vouchers can also be gifted as they are not tied to a specific person and are provided in the form of a gift voucher (PDF file) that can be printed.
Do I receive a gift voucher with every order?
With every experience order at Xsport, you receive a gift voucher in PDF format sent to your email address. The voucher contains all the key information about the purchased experience and is aesthetically designed, making it suitable for gifting electronically or printing.
What are the payment methods?
Each order can be paid via bank transfer (pre-invoice), most credit or debit cards, and the PayPal system. If you pay with credit cards or PayPal, your voucher will be sent immediately to your email address. For bank transfers, you can send proof of payment for immediate dispatch or wait until the funds are received.
What are the delivery methods?
Vouchers for products from our selection will be delivered in digital form via email (PDF file). Physical delivery to your address will soon be available, and this option will be announced on our website and selectable before completing your order.
