The booking process starts by entering the reservation code into the designated field.

• If the code has an invalid status (e.g., incorrect or already used), the reservation cannot proceed as the system will reject it.
• If you have a value gift voucher code, it cannot be used for reservations. First, use the value gift voucher to purchase the desired experience on our website, which will provide you with a reservation code.
• After entering the code successfully, all key details about the experience and its use will be displayed.
• If no reservation is required, visit the specified location during working hours.
• If a reservation is required, fill out the form with user details (name, surname, phone number, email address, date) to finalize the booking.
• After submitting the reservation, you will be notified in time by email or other means about the details of your experience.
