Can I eat and drink before skydiving?
You can eat normally, but we recommend not to overfill yourself. This is important because a full stomach under the parachute and during steep turns can cause nausea. We also recommend drinking enough fluids, which will help you deal with the summer heat and excitement that can drain your energy. We emphasize that alcoholic beverages are not suitable as drinking them before the jump is prohibited.
